Day 01: Arrival in Colombo / Transfer to Negombo / Evening relaxation at the hotel / Overnight in Negombo

Arrive at Bandaranaike International Airport and meet your private driver for a 30–45 minute transfer to Negombo. Check in at a beachfront hotel or boutique guesthouse. Spend the evening unwinding after your flight with hotel amenities, a gentle stroll along the beach, or a relaxing dip in the lagoon. Overnight in Negombo.

Day 02: Transfer to Kandy / Visit Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic / Evening yoga session / Overnight in Kandy

Drive approximately 3–4 hours to Kandy, passing scenic countryside. Check in at a boutique hotel or wellness-oriented property. Visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic to experience a glimpse of Sri Lanka’s spiritual heritage. In the evening, participate in a guided yoga session to stretch, relax, and reconnect with your body after the journey. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 03: Peradeniya Botanical Gardens / Cultural show / Ayurvedic spa treatments / Overnight in Kandy

Morning visit to Peradeniya Botanical Gardens to enjoy peaceful walks among orchids, palms, and shaded avenues. After lunch, attend a cultural performance showcasing traditional Kandyan dance and music. Afternoon dedicated to Ayurvedic wellness treatments, including herbal massages, steam therapy, or meditation sessions. Evening at leisure for quiet reflection or journaling. Overnight in Kandy.

Day 04: Scenic train journey to Nuwara Eliya / Tea plantation walk / Evening wellness session / Overnight in Nuwara Eliya

Transfer to Kandy Railway Station for a scenic 4-hour train ride to Nuwara Eliya, passing misty mountains, waterfalls, and verdant tea estates. Day 06: Drive to Ella / Visit Nine Arches Bridge and Little Adam’s Peak / Optional yoga session / Overnight in Ella

Drive approximately 2 hours to Ella through scenic tea country. Check in at a boutique resort or wellness lodge. Visit the iconic Nine Arches Bridge and hike Little Adam’s Peak, taking in panoramic valley views. Optional sunset yoga or meditation session overlooking the hills. Overnight in Ella.

Day 07: Relaxation day in Ella / Light trekking or tea estate visit / Overnight in Ella

A free day for gentle wellness activities, including optional light trekking, tea estate tours, or quiet reading and meditation at the lodge. Evening can include an herbal tea tasting or a short Ayurveda workshop to learn local wellness practices. Overnight in Ella.

Day 08: Transfer to Mirissa / Check-in at a coastal wellness resort / Beach leisure / Overnight in Mirissa

Drive 4–5 hours to Mirissa on the southern coast. Check in at a beachfront wellness resort. Afternoon at leisure to enjoy the beach, swim, or participate in a guided mindfulness walk along the shore. Evening at leisure for reflection or sunset photography. Overnight in Mirissa.

Day 09: Morning yoga on the beach / Optional whale watching or snorkeling / Ayurvedic massage in the afternoon / Overnight in Mirissa

Start the day with a sunrise yoga session on the beach, combining meditation and stretching. Optional morning excursion for whale watching (seasonal) or snorkeling. Day 11: Drive back to Colombo / Optional city highlights or shopping / Airport transfer

Drive 3–4 hours back to Colombo. If time permits, enjoy city highlights such as Galle Face Green, Pettah Market, or a coffee at a boutique café. Private transfer to Bandaranaike International Airport for departure.
